4 5/8 Cups plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons chopped onion
1 5/8 Cups plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons celery
1 5/8 Cups plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons green pepper
garlic
1 1/2 Teaspoons creole seasoning
15 Cups seafood stock
bay leaves
3 Cups chopped andouille
1 1/2 Teaspoons tabasco sauce
1/4 Cup chopped parsley
4.5 pounds shrimp
1.5 pounds crab meat
1.5 pounds oysters
